Repair Estimate - This is the estimate of your repair and in most cases, the final price you will pay. A Customer Care representative will call or email you if the actual repair cost exceeds the estimate.
Security Hold - This is fully refundable. We put a hold against your credit card as security for your courtesy phone. It includes the late and ineligibility fees and the purchase cost of the phone. If the phone is returned in a timely manner, the entire credit hold will be released.
Estimated Tax - Like Security Hold, this is only charged if the phone is not returned, with the exception of any applicable taxes for the Repair Estimate.

We do not recommend using a Debit/ATM card to secure your courtesy phone as the funds may be automatically deducted from your card.
