1. Ensure that your memory card is inserted.
   
   
   Note: If your memory card is not inserted, you will receive "Please insert a disk" when trying to access the phone. If your card is inserted correctly and is still not being recognized, you may have unmounted it. Disconnect and then reconnect USBcable to computer and handset. Wait until handset recognizes connection.   
   
2. Connect your device to a computer using a data cable. (It is recommended to connect directly to the computer, not through a hub). If your phone is not being recognized by your computer or your phone does not show connection notification, you may need to update your computer's USB drivers HERE.
   
   
3. Go to Notifications (by touching the notifications bar at the top of the handset's screen and dragging it down)
   
4. Touch the “USB connection” notification  
5. Touch USB Mass Storage. Computer will recognize handset as an external drive.
   
   
   
6. Use your computer interface to move files between your device and your computer.

   Open Computer or My Computer Your phone should appear under Devices with Removable Storage (If your phone is not being receognized you may need to update your drviers HERE) Select your device For photos & videos select DCIM > Camera For Music select Music For text message notifications select Media>music>notifications	Your phone should appear on the desktop. Select your device  For photos & videos select DCIM > Camera For Music select Music For text message notifications select Media>music>notifications

    

7. When you are done, go to Notifications and touch Turn off USB storage, then disconnect the data cable from the device.
